Bring some fresh air with you if you are planning on visiting Florence (or any Italian city, for that matter) during the summer season. Florence has hot, sticky, and often stifling summer temperatures. But, after the humidity has finally poured out-literally-in late August to early September, the furious summer mellows out. By November summer temperatures are dormant and crisp autumn nights take over.
